Setelah Berjaya Bida RM132K, Pembeli Aset Sajat Pula ‘Ghaib’ | PETALING JAYA – Seorang lelaki yang berjaya membida aset milik usahawan kontroversi, Muhammad Sajjad Kamaruz Zaman atau Sajat pada harga RM132,000 di kediamannya di Kota Damansara di sini hari ini dikatakan telah menghilangkan diri.

Salah seorang peguam, Zeti Zukifili mewakili plaintif, OWA Resources Sdn. Bhd. berkata, pihaknya gagal menghubungi pembida itu untuk menyelesaikan urusan transaksi pembayaran secara tunai.

“Pembida diwajibkan membayar jumlah bidaan sebanyak RM132,000 secara tunai serta-merta selepas proses lelongan awam selesai, namun sehingga kini dia masih gagal dihubungi.

“Sebelum itu, dia memberi alasan tidak membawa tunai dan perlu ke bank untuk mengeluarkan duit, namun tidak muncul-muncul setakat pukul 4 petang tadi,” katanya ketika dihubungi Kosmo!

Menurutnya, disebabkan tindakan lelaki itu, wang deposit sebanyak RM5,000 pada pagi tadi dianggap ‘hangus’ dan akan dimasukkan sebagai duit hasil lelongan awam itu.

Jelas Zeti, susulan itu pihaknya telah membuat panggilan kepada Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam meminta tarikh baharu untuk lelongan dikeluarkan tujuh hari bermula semalam.

“Hal ini menjadi satu masalah kerana ramai lagi yang ingin membida dalam proses lelongan awam tersebut,” ujarnya.
