Resepi Cara Buat Melon Bingsu | Hai korang cuti hujung minggu ni mesti korang bosan kan. Apa kata korang rajinkan diri cuba buat pencuci mulut. Resepi pencuci mulut yang kami nak kongsikan ni merupakan pencuci mulut sejuk beku Korea yang diberi nama melon bingsu. Haa! Cuaca panas macam ni seronoklah dapat makan Melon Bingsu ni. Jom lihat bahan-bahan buat resepi melon bingsu daripada khairulaming ni.

Bahan-bahan Buat Resepi Melon Bingsu:

  • 800ml susu segar (800ml fresh milk)
  • 3 sudu susu pekat (3 tbsp condensed milk)
  • 1/2 tembikai wangi (Rock Melon)
  • Ais krim vanilla (Vanilla Ice Cream)
  • Cornflakes

Cara Buat Resepi Melon Bingsu:

  1. Sukat 800ml susu segar.
  2. Tambah 3 sudu susu pekat ke dalam susu tadi dan kacau.
  3. Masukkan campuran tadi ke dalam plastic Ziplock.
  4. Simpan dalam peti sejuk dan tunggu hingga beku.
  5. Ambil sebiji tembikai wangi dan potong tengah.
  6. Buangkan biji-biji tengah tembikai wangi.
  7. Cedok atau skup tembikai wangi menjadi bebola guna skup ais krim.
  8. Keluarkan susu beku dari peti ais.
  9. Masukkan ke dalam bekas dan rehatkan selama 15 minit.
  10. Kemudian, cucuk-cucuk susu beku guna garpu.
  11. Masukkan susu beku yang telah dihancurkan ke dalam tembikai wangi.
  12. Taburkan cornflake ke atas susu beku tadi.
  13. Letakkan dan tutup tembikai tadi dengan susu beku.
  14. Kemudian susun tembikai wangi yang telah di-skup di atasnya.
  15. Akhir sekali, letak ais krim vanilla di atasnya.

Okay dah siap resepi melon bingsu ni. Kalau nak lagi manis, tuangkan sedikit susu pekat sebagai topping. Bayangkan melon sejuk sejuk manis ni cair dalam mulut. Fuh! sejuk je tekak menelannya. Okaylah itu saja dari kami. Selamat menjamu selera. Sebelum tu kami ada sediakan video untuk korang yang masih tak dapat bayang macam mana nak buat resepi melon bingsu ni. Selamat mencuba.
