Resepi Cupcake Pisang Caramel | Hai assalamualaikum semua peminat-peminat cupcake. Hari ni kami nak kongsikan kepada korang semua, resepi cupcake pisang caramel. Resepi daripada khairulaming yang pasti memikat semua orang. Rasa cupcake ni manis lemak berkrim dan sangat sedap, sesuai untuk korang yang sweet tooth. Jadi apa tunggu lagi, jom lihat bahan-bahan buat resepi ni.

Bahan-bahan:

Cupcake:

  • 3 biji pisang
  • 100g mentega yang telah dicairkan
  • 2 biji telur
  • 1 sudu esen vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
  • 3/4 cawan gula
  • 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk penaik
  • 1/2 sudu kecil garam

Frosting Krim:

  • 250g krim keju
  • 100g mentega
  • 1 cawan gula aising
  • 1 sudu esen vanila

Karamel Pisang:

  • 1 biji pisang
  • 1/2 cawan gula perang

Cara Buat Resepi Cupcake Pisang Caramel:

Cupcake:

  1. Masukkan 3 biji pisang ke dalam mangkuk.
  2. Lenyekkan pisang tersebut hingga hancur.
  3. Masukkan 100g mentega yang telah dicairkan.
  4. Masukkan 2 biji telur dan 1 sudu esen vanila.
  5. Kacau kesemua bahan dan masukkan 1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum.
  6. Tambah 3/4 cawan gula dan 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk penaik.
  7. Masukkan 1/2 sudu kecil garam dan kacau sebati.
  8. Masukkan adunan yang siap ke dalam bekas cupcake.
  9. Bakar adunan selama 30 minit pada suhu 180 ° C.

Frosting Krim:

  1. Masukkan 250g krim keju ke dalam mangkuk.
  2. Tambahkan 100g mentega dan kacau hingga kembang.
  3. Masukkan 1 cawan gula aising dan 1 sudu kecil esen vanila.
  4. Kacau hingga sebati.

Caramel Pisang:

  1. Potong sebiji pisang dan letakkan dalam kuali.
  2. Masukkan 1/2 cawan gula perang.
  3. Masak dan kacau hingga gula cair.
  4. Setelah siap kesemua bahan, picitkan krim frosting guna piping bag ke atas cupcake.
  5. Tuangkan sos caramel pisang di atasnya.

Siap sudah resepi cupcake ni. Korang jangan tunggu lama-lama, rugi tak buat. Kalau ada dalam ahli keluarga korang yang rajin masak,  korang beli semua bahan yang perlu dan pujuk la dia buatkan resepi ni.  Tapi ingat resepi ni banyak kandungan gula. Jangan selalu amalkan.
