Resepi Ayam Morocco | Tengahari ni nak masak menu apa ya? Pening kepala asyik fikirkan menu makan setiap hari. Bertenang semua, jangan bimbang. Hari ni kita cuba buat ayam masak morocco pulak. Macam mana rupa ayam morocco tu? Ha, jom tengok resepi dan rujuk video ni.

Bahan-bahan:

Bahan Perapan Ayam;

8 ketul ayam

1 tsp serbuk kayu manis

1 tsp serbuk halia

4 tbsp madu

1 tbsp gula

garam secukup rasa

 

Bahan Masak:

1 biji bawang besar

2 biji tomato

1 ikat daun ketumbar

1/2 cawan minyak masak

 

Cara Memasak:

  1. Satukan semua bahan perapan ayam dan perap sekurang-kurangnya 15 minit.
  2. Masukkan minyak ke dalam periuk sehingga panas dan masukkan ayam. Balik-balikkan ayam dan pastikan ayam tidak hangus.
  3. Masukkan bawang besar dan tomato yang dipotong dadu lalu kacau rata dan biarkan selama 5 minit.
  4. Masukkan hirisan daun ketumbar dan kacau rata sehingga masak. Sedia dihidang.
