Resepi Daging Masak Hitam Terbaik | Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera. Semoga kita semua diberikan kesihatan yang baik dan bersemangat melakukan kerja harian kita. Okay baiklah entri kali ini saya nak sharekan satu resepi masakan kampung. Resepi ini tak asing lagi kalau kita jumpa dekat kenduri atau majlis-majlis ada je lauk ni kan. Bagi yang merindui lauk kenduri, haa saya nak sharekan resepi daging masak hitam. Kuahnya pun pekat dan likat. Jadi tanpa menunggu lagi marilah kita mencuba resepi daging masak hitam ini. Pastinya terbaik.🤤

Bahan-Bahan:

  • 500g daging
  • 1 batang serai, ketuk
  • 1 helai daun pandan
  • 1 batang kayu manis
  • 5 biji buah pelaga
  • 2 kuntum bunga lawang
  • kuntum bunga cengkih
  • 2 sudu besar cili kisar
  • 1 biji tomato, hiris nipis
  • kicap manis secukupnya
  • Bahan-bahan untuk perapan:
    • 1 sudu besar sos tiram
    • 1 sudu besar kicap manis
    • 1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan putih
    • 1 sudu besar serbuk ketumbar
    • 1 sudu kecil serbuk jintan manis
  • Bahan-bahan untuk tumbuk halus:
    • 3 ulas bawang putih
    • 4 biji bawang merah
    • 1 inci halia

Cara Penyediaan:

  1. Hiris daging melintang arah urat supaya tidak liat.
  2. Perap daging dengan bahan-bahan tumbuk halus dan bahan-bahan untuk perapan selama minimum 1/2 jam.
  3. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan masukkan serai, daun pandan, kayu manis,buah pelaga, bunga lawang dan bunga cengkih.
  4. Masukkan pula cili kisar dan tumis sehingga garing.
  5. Masukkan tomato dan masak sehingga tomato lembut.
  6. Masukkan daging yang diperap tadi dan tambah lagi kicap manis secukupnya.
  7. Masak sehingga daging empuk dan kuah menjadi pekat.

Tips:

  • Lagi lama diperap daging, makin sedap rasanya kerana bahan perapan meresap ke dalam daging dan menjadikannya lembut.
