Resepi Kek Pelangi Cheese | Selalunya yang menjadi kegemaran orang ramai adalah kek chocolate atau kek red velvet kan? Mesti hampa pernah dengar pasal kek pelangi kan? Tapi selalu pi kedai, jarang la kan depa nak jual kek pelangi ni. Kalau nak pun kena tempah, betul tak? Lambat pulak nak menunggunya. Kalau buat sendiri, lepas siap terus makan ja. Ni dia ada resepi kek pelangi cheese untuk hampa.

Bahan kek:

3 biji telur B

115 gram tepung kek

1/2 tbsp baking powder

90 gram gula kastor

1 tbsp ovelet

2 tbsp esen vanila

60 ml air

60 ml minyak jagung

Perasa Warna Pisang~Kuning

Perasa Warna Lemon~Oren

Perasa Warna Honeydew~Biru

Perasa Warna Panda~Hijau

Perasa Warna Red velvet~Merah

Perasa Warna Vanilla~Ungu

 

Bahan krim:

150 gram creamcheese

2 cawan non dairy whipping cream

Sos caramel

 

Cara membuat:

1. Satukan kesemua bahan kek kecuali minyak jagung, perasa dan pewarna

2. Pukul sehingga gebu dan warna menjadi pucat. Bahagikan adunan kepada 6 (70 gram setiap satu)

3. Masukkan 10 ml minyak jagung untuk setiap adunan. Perasa dan warnakan setiap adunan. Kacau rata menggunakan spatula

4. Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang dan bakar 150c selama 10-12 minit sahaja. Jangan terlalu lama, nanti warna tak cantik

5. Untuk whipping cream, pukul sehingga kembang.

6. Lapiskan kek mengikut warna pelangi. Boleh rujuk video di bawah. Sejukkan dan sedia dihidang.

Ha, macam mana? Senang ja kan. Hanya ulang bubuh cream dengan kek pelangi ja. Kek ni kalau dah siap memang tak sempat nak simpan. Habis licin makan waktu tu jugak. Ibu-ibu dekat rumah boleh la cuba buat. Selamat mencuba!
