Resepi Nasi Briyani Udang |  Setiap hari asyik makan nasi putih saja, jemu lah. Teringin pulak nak makan nasi briyani.  Selalunya nasi briyani makan dekat luar ja, tak pernah pon terfikir nak masak sendiri. Rasa terliur pulak bila terfikirkan nasi briyani ni. Ha, apakata hari ini kita cuba masak nasi briyani pulak? Mesti sempoi habis. Jom kita tengok resepi.

Bahan A :

4 Cawan beras basmathi – dibersih dan direndam 1 jam

10 Ekor Udang

½ Cawan susu cair

Sedikit hirisan daun ketumbar

1 Sudu minyak sapi di campur sedikit minyak masak

½ Biji lobak merah – dihiris dadu

Sedikit bawang goreng

Garam secukup rasa

 

Bahan B ( Dikisar )

1 Biji bawang besar

½ Inci halia

3 Ulas bawang putih

 

Bahan C :

1 Batang serai – diketuk

3 Helai daun pandan – disimpul

3 Biji cili padi – dihiris

½ Biji bawang besar

3 Ulas bawang putih – dihiris

½ Inci halia – dihiris

1 Sudu besar serbuk rempah briyani

1 Sudu teh serbuk lada hitam

1 Batang kulit kayu manis

2 Kuntum bunga lawang

2 Biji bunga cengkih

 

Cara-Caranya:

1.  Panaskan minyak sapi dan sedikit minyak masak dalam .Tumiskan bahan C bersama bahan B. Tumis sehingga pecah minyak.

2. Masukkan lobak merah , udang dan sedikit air. Kacau rata dan biar mendidih sebentar.

3. Kemudian masukkan beras ke dalam bahan-bahan tumisan tadi. Gaul rata dan matikan api.

4.  Tuangkan semua bahan tumisan kedalam periuk .

5. Masukkan pula garam secukup rasa , susu cair ,air secukupnya , daun ketumbar dan bawang goreng.

Kacau rata dan tutup tudung periuk .

6. Masak nasi seperti biasa .

7. Apabila kering , buka tudung periuk gembur2kan dengan garfu supaya nasi tidak patah. Tutup kembali tudung periuk.

Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
