  • ½ cawan air
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1 susu gula melaka
  • 2 sudu gula putih
  • ¾ kotak santan
  • Sedikit pewarna hijau
  • Garam
  • 1 sudu tepung jagung
  • Roti

Cara-Cara Memasak Roti Sangkaya Home Made:

  1. Blendkan 6 helai daun pandan yang telah dipotong kecil bersama ½ cawan air
  2. Kemudian, tapiskan air pandan tadi (ambil air pandan sahaja)
  3. Masukkan 1 biji telur bersama dengan 1 sudu gula melaka, 2 sudu gula putih dan ¾ kotak santan. Kacau sehingga sebati.
  4. Masukkan sedikit pewarna hijau, garam sedikit dan 1 sudu tepung jagung. Kacau lagi sehingga sebati.
  5. Setelah itu, masukkan bahan yang telah disediakan ke dalam periuk. Pastikan api perlahan
  6. Kacau bahan-bahan tadi sehingga menjadi likat.
  7. Kemudian, hidangkan Sangkaya tadi bersama dengan susu cair dan roti.
